District 7 is one of the poorer District in Panem and is specializes in lumber.

Districy 7 is located in the northern part of the nation and the majority of it's land is covered in forest. Most of it's people are good at climbing trees and using axes.
Descripted by Enili, the Victor Village has a large garden filled with blooming plants. There are large oak trees set outside and around the Mansions, a few with tree houses. Enili also notes there is a large tree, that is foreigne to region, located at the center of town beside the Justice Hall. The letters AAxDR incircled by a heart is carved into the trunk of the tree by someone a long time ago.
